"I nearly submitted a less favorable review due to the instructional videos I had viewed concerning the use of this product. I experimented with various orientations for holding the device and different placements on my face. I also adhered to the directional arrows indicating how to turn the handle. When I positioned the spring closest to the handle and applied a comfortable amount of pressure to my face, I could feel the hairs being painlessly removed. Initially, I believed it wasn't effective because I didn't experience the same sensation as when my face is threaded. Thanks to this product, I now only have my eyebrows threaded."

"I was a little apprehensive about this purchase because of some of the reviews. After spending a few days with this I can only assume that they did not understand how to use it properly. I have generally fine hair to begin with and my peach fuzz is kind of a nightmare. Some of it is practically invisible while some of it doesn't quite reach whisker status. This tool? It grabs all of them effectively and rips them out with such reliability that my first pass was overly ambitious and hilariously loud. My partner literally heard it rip a section of hair out and commented on it. If used carelessly it can be overwhelming, feeling like I'm trying to rip my skin off rather than just ripping hair out of it, but that was just because it had grabbed so much and so well. This thing is amazing. I'm tempted to buy another just in case this one wears out in five to ten years time. . ."
