No refill pads!?!

"Where are the refill pads to purchase? Sustainability is such a big deal right now and I have to buy a whole new curler when the last pad finally splits? I used to be able to buy Tweezerman refill pads. No longer. Bought replacement pads from SALLY but they didn't fit right. I have three Tweezerman curlers just laying there, padless. Shame on you. I am done. My money is going elsewhere."

Ripped out eyelashes.

"I did initially really like this eyelash curler. it worked very well and my eyelashes curled extremely well and stayed curled throughout the day. after about 2 months of using it i noticed my eyelashes began looking scare and messed up. another few weeks of using it and it was extremely clear that my eyelashes had been getting ripped out and the rest were shorter than they had been when i have naturally longer lashes. i had regularly changed out the plastic piece and there was no breakage in any of them that could explain why my eyelashes were being ripped out. I have before and after pictures of how badly my eyelashes look. there were massive missing patches and i have stopped using it and went back to other brands and they have begun to grow back but ive had to start using lash clusters in order to hide the massive gaps in my eyelashes which i’ve never had to do in the past."

Something changed I don't like it

"So I have been using tweezerman eyelash curlers for years when I use one for the first time it was amazing and it was with the purple pads and you got four pads there was one pad in the curler and then three more that was amazing and it was spendy I feel like I paid more for that one and it works so good the one I got recently with the black pads and the one before that with the black pads that I bought several years ago I'd say the second and third one they did not have the purple pads they suck they do not curl my lashes they crimp my lashes the eyelash curler itself doesn't even fit on my eye like it used to I'm having the hardest time and I'm already 55 years old so my lashes are sparse because of age and it doesn't help with this curler that doesn't curl it crimps it bends and I know how to grow my lashes it's not that I'm doing it wrong and I noticed it doesn't fit up against my eye right and then I pinch my eyelid a lot I am so disappointed and I thought it was just me with the second one but I also remembered the first one I ever bought had purple pads and it was amazing so that's why I came to your website to see if it was just that they didn't offer the one that I could still get it but nope I'm sorry but I am going to probably going to try Japonesque I've used their tweezers for years but yeah I'm just disappointed in your eyelash curler"
