Shipping Policy

What is the shipping method, processing time & rate for a typical order? 

Ground Service (U.S.)

  • Orders placed by 1:00PM ET Monday – Friday will begin processing the same day.
  • Orders received after 1:00PM EST will be processed the next business day.
  • Orders placed on weekends or observed holidays, will be processed the next business day.
  • Orders are shipped UPS Ground with a flat fee of $5.95
  • The timeframe for the shipment will begin when the carrier picks up your order for delivery.

Shipping Confirmation

  • We will send a shipment confirmation email once we have finished processing your order.
  • If you place an order after the cutoff time, you may experience a delay between the shipping confirmation e-mail and the actual shipment of your order.
  • Our shipping carriers do not pick up packages from our facilities on weekends or postal holidays.
What happens if an item is out of stock? 
  • If an item is currently out of stock, we will cancel the item and remove it from your order.
  • You will receive an email notifiying you the order has changed.
I haven't received my order, my order is missing items, or my shipment is late?

Do you ship internationally? 

No. Currently we ship exclusively within the U.S. and U.S. Territories.

  • Orders are shipped via USPS with a flat fee of $5.95.

  • The timeframe for the shipment will begin when the carrier picks up your order for delivery.

WHEN AND HOW WILL I RECEIVE A SHIPPING CONFIRMATION?

  • We will send a shipment confirmation to the email you placed the order with as soon as we have finished processing your order.
