SHIPPING POLICY 

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING METHODS, PROCESSING TIME & RATES FOR A TYPICAL ORDER?

  • Ground Service, 2-Day and 1-Day (U.S.)

  • Orders placed by 1:00 PM EST Monday – Friday will begin processing the same day.

  • Orders received after 1:00 PM EST will be processed the next business day.

  • Orders placed on weekends or observed holidays will be processed the next business day. Observed holidays include: New Years Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day,  Presidents Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day. 

  • Ground orders are shipped via USPS with a non-refundable flat fee of $5.95.

  • 2-Day and 1-Day orders are shipped via FedEx with a non-refundable flat fee of $10.95 for 2-Day shipping and $25.95 for 1-Day shipping. All expedited shipping orders adhere to 1-2 business day processing times. The time frame for the shipment will begin when the carrier picks up your order for delivery.

 

WHEN AND HOW WILL I RECEIVE A SHIPPING CONFIRMATION?

  • We will send a shipment confirmation to the email you placed the order with as soon as we have finished processing your order.
  • If you place an order after the cutoff time, you may experience a delay between the shipment confirmation e-mail and the actual shipment of your order.
  • Our shipping carriers do not pick up packages from our facilities on weekends or postal holidays.

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF AN ITEM IS OUT OF STOCK?

  • If an item is currently out of stock, we will cancel the item and remove it from your order.
  • You will receive an email notifying you the order has changed.

 

I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ORDER, MY ORDER IS MISSING ITEMS, OR MY SHIPMENT IS LATE? 

  • Title and risk of loss of all items purchased from Tweezerman.com or Tweezermanpet.com pass to you, the buyer, when Tweezerman delivers the items to a delivery carrier.  Any claims for loss or damage must be presented to the carrier, not Tweezerman.
  • If you are still having a problem after speaking to the carrier, please contact us at cs@tweezerman.com with your name and order number and a customer care representative will get back to you within 1-2 business days.

 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

  • No. Currently, we ship exclusively within the U.S. and U.S. Territories.
