Our Site automatically collects certain information, some of which may be deemed Personal Information. The information collected may include, without limitation, information about your device, such as the make, model, settings, specifications (e.g., CPU speed, connection speed, browser type, operating system, device identifier) and geographic location of you and/or your device, as well as date/time stamp, IP address, webpages visited, actions taken on webpages, time of visits, content viewed, ads viewed, the site(s), application(s), destination(s), and/or service(s) you arrived from (referrer URL), and other clickstream data.
Some of this information may be collected by our web server software, which generates log files — text files that record one line of data each time a browser request is made. Data also may be automatically collected using cookies and similar technologies. Cookies are small text files placed on your device to store data that can be recalled by a web server in the same domain that placed the cookie. The text in a cookie often consists of a string of numbers and letters that uniquely identifies your device, but it can contain other information as well.
Our Site uses first-party cookies set by us, as well as third-party cookies which are set by a third party. In some cases, that is because we have hired the third party to provide services on our behalf, such as web hosting, site functionality, or site analytics. In other cases, we work with third parties such as Google, Meta/Facebook, or Tik Tok to conduct digital advertising campaigns for us, which may include serving you targeted ads tailored to your interests when you visit other websites across the Internet. Because your browser connects to those third parties’ web servers to retrieve that content, those third parties can set or read their own cookies on your device and may collect information about your online activities across websites or online services. Other web technologies used on the Site may monitor or record your interactions to help us understand how visitors use the Site, to enhance our services and for similar purposes. For example, we may use the following web technologies on the Site:
- · Web beacons or pixels. We or third parties may use these small electronic files to help with tracking, analytics, counting Site visitors or for marketing and media services including serving you targeted ads (e.g., Meta, TikTok, YouTube).
- Email pixel tracking. We may embed email pixels that send back certain information when you open the email such as how many people open our emails, click on links, read email on their phones, etc. We use this information for marketing purposes and to learn more about our Site visitors and customers.
- URL trackers. These third-party trackers are strings of code and track a user’s behavior after they click on a URL. This information is used for analytics and marketing purposes.
- Browser/device/online fingerprinting. These web tools use scripts to track your device or browser attributes and IP address to help build a profile of the Site user.
- Chatbot. Our website may use chatbots, operated by bots, to help with customer service, analytics, and tracking. Your interaction with the chatbot may be recorded, aggregated, and used for purposes such as customer relations management history. A third party may help operate the chatbots, including storing and processing information collected through the chatbots.
- Session replay. These web technology tools record your interaction with the Site to help track, analyze and better understand how visitors use the Site. They may record information about your clicks, scrolls and mouse movements, feedback polls, country, duration, device, name, email, ID, browser, OS, and IP address. A third party may help operate these tools, including storing and processing the information collected through the tools.
To learn more about our use of cookies and your choices to restrict cookies, please visit our Cookie Notice.
