Director of Consumer Sales – Retail and Online








As Director of Consumer Sales, you will report to the VP Sales, Americas. In this role, you will use your strategic sales skills, marketing knowledge and technical aptitude to generate sales and profit goals across the Tweezerman product portfolio. This is a high level position responsible for the total chain segment of the business. This position requires senior client account management with a directive to protect and grow existing business by proactively providing service to the client and maintaining and improving employee effectiveness and productivity.


  • Direct client’s internal key stakeholders in multiple requested consumer market segments 
  • Forecast monthly customer needs to individual style levels
  • Client relations and satisfaction, account management, employee effectiveness and productivity, and administration of  client programs, policies, procedures, and practices
  • Create, plan and execute growth and management initiatives including, but not limited to, organizational needs, leadership, personnel development and motivation strategies
  • Facilitate activities with related department heads, provide leadership to subordinate employees, and ensure client advocacy at all levels of operation
  • Serve on advisory boards and committees, participate in decision making, and ensure follow through
  • Direct, train, coach and appraise personnel 
  • Attend and participate in meetings as requested
  • Responsible to assist marketing and product development  in the planning, development, and implementation of appropriate channel marketing operations
  • Develop strategic and tactical goals and objectives with P & L responsibility
  • Other job related duties as assigned



  • Bachelor’s degree with 10+ or years’ professional level sales and/or management experience required – Beauty would be a plus.
  • Sales experience must include 5 years or more of previous account management experience, merchandising, buying or operations. Experience with a national or key independent retailer,   mass drug chain a plus
  • Knowledge of channel marketing strategies, channels of distribution, and promotion strategies
  • Excellent, proven leadership abilities
  • Able to organize, coordinate, and direct projects
  • Strong oral and written communication abilities
  • Solid analytical and technical skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Hold a Bachelor degree
  • Travel 40%, primarily US and some international










Account Manager Chain Stores/Category Development








As Account Manager Chain Stores and Category Development you will report to the VP of Sales for the Americas.  In this role, you will use your strategic sales skills, marketing knowledge and technical aptitude to generate sales across the Tweezerman product portfolio for regional chain customers as well as provide support for National Accounts.  This position requires sales and analytical skills to grow existing business and provide analytical data to support product development.  






Sales goals commensurate with customer responsibility

Support New Product launches and marketing initiatives

Presentation and preparation for account meetings

Forecasting, promotional calendars, trade spend management, planograms

Document set up & all customer follow-up


National Account Support:

Category Analysis using syndicated data

Post Promotional Analysis

Competitive Ad tracking

Competitive Retail Activity, product mix, pricing & opportunities within the category





3+ year’s sales and category experience in Consumer Packaged Goods industry, Beauty  or Cosmetics category a plus

Strong analytical ability, familiar w/ Syndicated Data, POS

Superior presentation skills, problem solving, interpersonal skills

Candidate should be bright, energetic and a quick study

Proficient in Power Point, Excel, a must; and easily adaptable to internally used software programs

Team player, excellent oral and written communication skills

25% Travel, Trade Show attendance when applicable
