Order Processing Deadlines
If all items in your order are in stock, orders placed before 1:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (Monday to Friday, except holidays) will begin to be processed the same day. Orders received after the cutoff time will begin to be processed the next business day.
Items on Order
If an item is currently out of stock, we will cancel the item and remove it from you order. You will receive a notice via email that your order has changed.
Shipping Confirmation Emails
We will send you an automated shipment confirmation email when we finish processing your order.
Our shipping carriers do not pick up packages from our facilities on weekends or postal holidays. Therefore, if you place an order after our order processing deadline, you may experience a delay between your shipping confirmation e-mail and the actual shipment of your order. [The timeframe for the shipment method you selected will begin when the carrier picks up your order for delivery.]
Your order will be shipped by UPS Ground.
We charge a flat shipping & handling fee of $5.95 per order.
